Entrepreneurship is the phase in which a new company is planned, launched and managed, and is always initially a small business. The people who create such companies are called entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship was defined as the "capacity and willingness to create, organize and manage a business venture as well as any of its risks to make a profit." Although concepts of entrepreneurship usually concentrate on starting and running companies, due to the high risks involved in starting a start-up, a large proportion of start-ups have to close because of shortfall of capital, poor business decisions, an economic downturn, lack of consumer demand or a mixture of all of these.

Often, a broader interpretation of the word is used, especially in economics. In this case, an Entrepreneur is an person who has the ability to identify and act on opportunities to turn innovations or technologies into goods and services: "The entrepreneur may recognize the invention's market potential and coordinate the money, expertise, and other resources to transform an invention into a commercially viable innovation."

Qualities of Entrepreneur

Discipline

Such people concentrate on making their companies work, and avoiding any barriers or threats to their goals. They have overarching objectives and map out the methods to accomplish them. Productive businessmen are diligent enough to take regular action toward achieving their goals.

Confidence

The entrepreneur is not raising questions as to whether they will succeed or if they merit success. They are comfortable with the knowledge that they will bring success to their companies. They exude the confidence in everything that they do.

Self Starter

Entrepreneurs realize that they will continue it themselves, if anything has to be done. They set the criteria and make sure they follow the direction for projects. They are positive, not waiting for permission from anyone to send them.

Open Minded

Entrepreneurs know that market prospects are every case and every circumstance. Ideas about workflows and productivity, people skills and potential new businesses are constantly being created. We have the opportunity to look at and guide all around them on their goals.

Competitive

A lot of businesses are created because an entrepreneur thinks they can do a job better than another. They need to win at the sports they are playing, and win at the companies they are building. An entrepreneur should highlight the track record of success at their own business.

Creativity

One facet of creativity is being able to create connections between seemingly unrelated events or situations. Sometimes, entrepreneurs come up with ideas that are a combination of certain things. The goods will be repurposed to sell them to new industries.

Determination

Businessmen aren't frustrated by their losses. They look upon failure as a opportunity to succeed. They are determined to make all their efforts successful, so they will try and try again until it does. Successful businessmen don't believe you can't do it.

The businessman has good communication skills for marketing the product and inspiring workers. Most effective businessmen know how to inspire their workers so that the overall company is through. They are very good at highlighting any situation's benefits, and coaching others to their success.

Sometimes, the effective entrepreneur is the first person to arrive at the office and the last to leave. They will come back on their off days and make sure that their needs are met with an result. If they are in or out of the office, their mind is always on their job.

Passion

Passion is the hallmark of the successful entrepreneur. They really enjoy their jobs. They are able to put in the extra hours in order to make the business successful because their business brings a joy that goes beyond the money. The successful entrepreneur will still read and search for ways to make the company better.
